Consultancy Rates

Standard Day Rate: From £500

Discounted Day Rates:

Small charities
(Less than £100,000 p.a. turnover): £400

Medium Charities
(£100,000 - £400,000 p.a): £450

Standard hourly rate
(Hourly rates for smaller charities discounted pro rata): £75

 

Retained Consultancy Arrangements
(Small and medium charities)

Up to 50 hours support per annum
£2,500 deposit plus £15 per hour

Up to 30 hours support per annum
£1,500 deposit plus £15 per hour

Up to 15 hours support per annum
£750 deposit plus £15 per hour

Larger charities: rates by agreement

Other arrangements can also be agreed.

 

Recruitment Consultancy

20-25% of post’s initial salary, dependent on complexity of assignment.

Training Services

£750 per training day, £450 per half day.

Reasonable expenses are charged in addition to fees, and VAT is payable on all invoices.

Payment on consultancy fees is requested within fourteen days of invoice date, at end of contract or through interim arrangements as agreed. Deposits may be requested.

Retainer deposits are payable prior to start of contract, and hours worked invoiced quarterly in arrears.

Recruitment fees are charged in three tranches on instruction and at key points in the process.
